Technology Ministries
Computer Ministry
This ministry is responsible for our internal computer network, repairs, recommendations, equipment installation and integration. We work with Windows and Linux based PC's.
Audio/Visual Ministry
This ministry is responsible for our live broadcasts and for controlling and maintaining all audio equipment for all programs.
Hospitality Ministries
Hospitality Ministry
Our Hospitality Ministry serves at our Visitor Welcome Center in the vestibule and plans our Family & Friends evening events each quarter. They also prepare our visitor welcome packets and help with special events such as Easter, Christmas, Church Anniversary, & Pastor Anniversary celebrations.
Usher Ministry
Our Usher Ministry serve every Sunday for all services, and sometimes at the request of our New Hope Association. They greet everyone entering the sanctuary on Sundays and for special occasions.
Adult Ministries
Marriage Ministry
Our marriage ministry is not just another Bible Study! We have outings such as bowling, dining together, and yes, sometimes even taking a cruise together! We even challenge the Single's Ministry in bowling sometimes.
Single's Ministry
Our single's ministry encourages single adults to find and follow Jesus Christ, to provide a ministry that is versatile and complete in Christ, and to seize the opportunity to minister to each type of single person including single parents, widows, divorcees, and others.
Choir Ministry
The Inspirational Choir and the Male Chorus provide singing for all worship services, funeral services, and for special occasions. If you like to sing, come join our choir and worship with us.
Christian Education Ministries
Sunday School Ministry
Our Sunday School teachers are required to attend a teacher prep class every Saturday before teaching on Sunday. We review the lesson together to ensure everyone is teaching the same things each Sunday across all age groups.
Bible Study
Our Bible Studies are mostly taught by our Pastor. However, there are occasions where the door is open for Associate Ministers and Deacons to have an opportunity, such as with our currently ongoing Doctrinal teaching. Lessons are always carefully reviewed by our Pastor.
Children's Church
Our Children's Church is for children ages 4 to 12. The Bible is taught in a way they can more easily understand, and God's plan is instilled in every child in a simplified way for learning. Our children emerge with a good understanding of the message of salvation and are eager to learn more.
Youth Ministries
Youth Ministry
Our youth ministry s growing each year as we continue to strive to meet the needs of today's youth, The pressures they face to compromise between the church and the world are greater now than they were a generation ago! The church must adapt accordingly, and we just completed our first ever 100 Teens in Jeans event at Morning Star. Turnout was great and we had a blessed time! Children's Ministry
We do have a ministry for the smaller children who are not yet able to attend events with the teenagers. We have outings for the children and teaching sessions catered to introduce them to Jesus and the truths of the Holy Bible.
Youth Choir Ministry
We are currently planning to revitalize our Youth Choir as many of our youth have graduated and gone to college and moved on with their respective careers. Our Minister of Music is very capable, and we have already had programs designed to kickstart our Youth Choir, and have more coming in future endeavors.
